Hello and welcome! Here you will find information about my EMDR Consultation services. I provide individual and group consultation. I am a Certified Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maryland (LCSW-C) and a Licensed Master's Social Worker in the state of Michigan (LMSW). I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. I practice virtually with no physical office, so all all consultations will take place virtually.​​

  • Worked in Community Mental Health for 10+ years. Many consultees come to me for my vast experience working in community mental health. I have first-hand experience with the challenges of working within that system.

  • Expertise in treating complex trauma and working with chronic mental health symptoms. PTSD, C-PTSD, Dissociation, etc. If you are feeling stuck with your clients, I can help! I love incorporating IFS with EMDR for this population.

  • Additional specialities: Anxiety, Dissociation, Young adults, Neurodivergence, LGBTQ+, Gender identity, Child Welfare, Relationship Issues, Codependency, and Life Transitions.

  • Adults. Most of my work experience has been with adults, though I do have some resources and information to share about working with children and adolescents.

My approach is kind and direct. I challenge my consultees to examine their client's presenting problem through an AIP lens. I ensure they are familiar with the 8-Phase protocol. I support their growth and very much enjoy cheering on therapists as they pursue EMDRIA certification. I love to provide handouts, resources, and recommended reading. My letters of recommendation are written in a timely matter, and there will not be any surprises. Any concerns will be brought to your attention and discussed. I am prompt and reliable for consultation calls. Group calls are structured so that everyone has an allotted time to present cases or ask questions. I empower therapists to provide feedback to each other, finding that to make for a more dynamic and lively discussion.
